CMEE is a multidisciplinary College of Engineering and College of Science Center under the purview of the Vice President for Research and Innovation, dedicated to developing next-generation semiconductors and electronic materials with an emphasis on performance in extreme environments, and workforce development to meet the semiconductor sector needs.
